Year I – Review & Revision of Programs and Curriculum

  • Review and revise standards, benchmarks, and indicators
  • Write curriculum framework
  • Present the curriculum to the Board Academic Committee and School Wide Academic Committee (SWAC)
  • Order sample copies of texts and support materials
    Preview and Select Text and Support Materials
  • Develop instructional resources evaluation instrument that reflects standards and benchmarks

Year II – Train Staff and Implement
